As we honor her recent selection into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame let’s explore the life and career of one of the early pioneers of the blues who was a respected contemporary of Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, B.B. King, Janis Joplin, Buddy Guy and many others.
